Shrey Agarwal, Founder and Studio Director
Shrey Agarwal is the founder and studio director of Build3DRender and RealRender3D, the two trading names of the same UK rendering studio. He has led the studio's team of 3D artists since founding it in 2018, producing exterior, interior, aerial, planning and animation work for housebuilders, property developers, architects, interior designers and estate agents, and he signs off the scope and the planning-grade accuracy of every job. He completed a two-year 3D Architectural Visualisation course (2018 to 2020, Grade A) and holds a BCom from The Bhawanipur Education Society College.
LinkedIn profileAbout the founder & studio director
Shrey founded the studio in 2018 to produce photorealistic 3D renders for housebuilders, property developers, kitchen and bathroom retailers, interior designers and architects, and has led it since. In the United Kingdom it trades as Build3DRender and as RealRender3D, and in Australia as Build3DRender: the same team and the same process, with published GBP prices on this site. His formal training is a two-year 3D Architectural Visualisation course (2018 to 2020, Grade A) alongside a BCom from The Bhawanipur Education Society College. Day to day he scopes every brief, sets the camera positions and the level of finish each image needs, and is the final check on anything heading into a planning application, a design review or an appeal, where the render has to be accurate rather than flattering. He writes the studio's guides on briefing, pricing and planning imagery.
On every job he decides which views earn their place, sets the camera height and lens, and checks the draft render against the drawings and the finishes schedule before it goes to the client. On planning work he is the final check that the image is accurate rather than flattering. You can see the results in the CGI portfolio, read more about the studio and its team, or send a brief for a fixed quote.
